- 'Incoherence II' ORIGINAL PAINTING by Marta Hutt
Description:
'Incoherence II'
I painted this portrait during a time of darkness, where soul-grinding pain and loss were my constant companions due to a serious spinal injury. I nearly became addicted to opioids, and I was losing hope, but I knew I had to paint. The colour palette of the painting reflects the dark mood I was in at the time.
'Incoherence' serves not only as a reflection of personal turmoil but also as a beacon of hope amidst the darkness. Through its evocative imagery and emotional depth, the painting reminds viewers that even in the depths of despair, there is always a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. Incoherence, though a temporary state, is a powerful reminder of the transient nature of suffering. As viewers contemplate the brushstrokes of this painting, they are encouraged to find solace in the knowledge that the bad times too shall pass, and that healing and renewal await on the other side.
